About Zimmermans Note
Zimmermans Note began as Mich Ximmerman's solo project, creating electronic music and video game music remixes. Around 2000, Ximmerman teamed up with singer/rapper Chris Tocke to perform live at Martinez banquet Hall. They began recording cassete-tape anthems "Soundcheck" and "Emo Christmas" which were subsequently passed out to friends and played at Barney's Coffee. Shortly thereafter, drummer Jeremy McGrath joined the group, and they began performing as a trio.
