Zeus a.k.a. ZeusBaby (born Jabbara Jermaine Zeus Patés on Jan. 16, 1980) is an Indo-Caribbean American hip-hop/funk/soul and R&B musician. He is a singer, rapper and songwriter and, best known as a battle rapper and poet within the Mid West/Chicago. He has also recorded two successful underground mixtapes. Zeus solo hits are "Boot on Velvet" (2010), the singles “SpaceShip” (2010) and “Just A Float” (2003), produced by Mr. STAY CRUNK (Currency Committee) and Rovaun Manuel (BMW RECORDS)
