About zeelemy
The band started in 1993 and got the name from a vocal exercise and is pronounced zeal-lee-my. The original line up was Jeff Welty on guitar and vocals. Mike Ahrens on drums and J. Greg Morrison on bass. There were 8 songs recorded and a few shows played at The University of Akron Wayne College between 1993 and 1994. After that everyone started playing in different bands and doing different things. In 2005 Jeff started writing for zeelemy again and the new songs were recorded with Jeff on guitar, bass, and vocals and Cory Stevic on Drums.
