About Zambian Vocal Group
The Zambian Vocal Group is a group of five men from Zambia – a landlocked country in south-central Africa. The original group was formed in 1985 in a small church in Kalingalinga a suburb of Lusaka – the capital city of Zambia. The original group had ten members namely Daniel Mwanza (Director of Music), James Mbewe, Godfrey Tembo, Zaccheaus Zulu, Richard Fulumana, Josephat Mbenga, Webster Munchini, Oliver Mabiya, Thomas Simonde, and Sylvester Kalandanya Pupe Sichangwa.
