Young Signorino, whose real name is Paolo Caputo, is an Italian rapper from Cesena. His musical journey began in 2015 when he started releasing his first tracks on YouTube. What immediately set him apart was his indecipherable and unconventional style, a deviation from the typical norms of trap music. The choice of his stage name dates back to 2016, after he woke up from a coma caused by drug abuse. Despite the difficult circumstances that year, he felt a bit "signorino" (a little mister).
