About Yilton Kreen
Yilton Kreen is a singer/songwriter, wordsmith and sound artist who has been recording and playing live for over 15 years. He has toured extensively in Europe and Australia, and has also recorded and released four full-length albums and one E.P. His musical style could be said to be something like a fusion of Syd Barrett’s spontaneity, The Church’s ambience and Beefheart’s avant-guard originality. Yilton is also a member of Japanese Machines, a band. His favourite poets are Arthur Rimbaud, Jim Morrrison and Jellaladin Rumi.
