Yes Yes Hobbyhorse is a group comprised of James Hahn, Josh Hewson and Erin Snow. Their debut EP, The Dead Sir, was recorded in a dingy basement in Kingston, Ontario and an even dingier basement in Ottawa between August 2011 and June 2012. It was mixed by James and produced by Erin in a Toronto slum, and mastered by Jeff Smothers. The trio's indie pop sound conjures early Weezer with sudden manic surges and punk-length songs ideally suited for the modern man's attention span.
