About Yellowfront
Yellowfront is a sparkly, twirly, dreamy heart-rock band from southern Vermont. Their music carries the earnest spirit of early 90's acts like Daniel Johnston and Built To Spill and evokes the warm, organic, sparkling musical qualities of Galaxie 500, Mazzy Star and the early work of The Flaming Lips. Yellowfront is based in Brattleboro, VT, a tiny and magical town which gave birth to fellow heart-rockers Michael Jordan Touchdown Pass, folk punk hero Pat the Bunny, Sup Pop rockstars King Tuff, and daydreamers Ruth Garbus and Chris Weisman.
