About Yellow Kitchen
Yellow Kitchen was one of the very first pioneers of Korean Indie music explosion around Hongdae area in the late 90's. Originally formed with 4 members, who were 최수환, 도순주, 여운진, 김책, Yellow Kitchen released their first EP as one side of the monumentary compilation album in 1996 along with Crying Nut. While Crying Nut appealed with its enjoyable neo-punk sound filled with dynamic energy, Yellow Kitchen is said to represent a more aesthetic and serious aspect of the scene.
