YachtsOTR (shortened from Yachts on the Reg) is composed of Philip Chevalier, a student studying philosophy at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. After years of writing and playing both the acoustic and electric guitars, Phil self-released his first stereo quality EP entitled Brothers, in May of 2011 during his third year of college.
