In 1993, Todd Sines went on a trip to Detroit from his then hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Through Brian Gillespie [Throw, Databass, Twilight 76, Blue Collar Records], he was introduced to Carl Craig [Planet E] and Dan Bell [aka DBX - Accelerate, Seventh City].
