Wurmkraut is an instrumental doom metal band from Louisville, KY, USA. They formed in April 2008. The music blends doom metal with aspects of additional genres such as sludge, black metal, & crust punk & is influenced by a wide range of bands including; Bethlehem, Celtic Frost, Amebix, Grief, Slint, Fields of The Nephilim, The Cure, Black Sabbath, Joy Division, Rudimentary Peni, Darkthrone, Burzum, Drudkh, & many more. They released a 3 song CD EP in May 2009 on Before The Dawn Productions.
