About Written in Fire
Written in Fire is an American progressive-metal band from Salt Lake City, formed in 2005. The band was formed by guitarist/songwriter Oscar Arce, drummer Mosiah Marin, bassist/singer Nicolas Araneda and guitarist Jimmy Araneda and influenced by an old school heavy metal and the neo-metal sound. Written in Fire tries to bring back the musicianship of harmonies, guitar solos and soothing melodies of early days and combine it with the raw attitude of aggressive vocals and heavy riffs.
