About Woodpecker Project
Woodpecker Project is an alternative music project from Rīga, Latvia, diving into improvised music, influenced by noise, free jazz, heavy metal and dark ambient drone music. Members of this group are playing hardware synthesizers only. Current members: Andris Dzenītis - synthesizers, electronics, guitars, samplers; Ritvars Garoza (Lupa) - synthesizers; Arvydas Kazlauskas (Atomos, Endless Roar) - saxophones, electronics; Gatis Zaķis (Instrumenti) - synthesizers, guitars, electronics.
