About Wood Burning Cat
Wood Burning Cat is a power-pop-ish band from Portland Maine. Wood Burning Cat was formed in Orono, Maine in 2005 as a one-man-band with Jason Unterreiner on guitar. The EP Cars and Trucks and Things That Go was recorded under this line-up. In 2007, coinciding with the release of that record, Tony Bitetti was added on as a second guitarist. After 2 shows with this line-up, Unterreiner moved over exclusively to bass, leaving Bitetti as the band's sole guitarist.
