About Winterkat
Winterkat was a Texas-based hard rock band made up of ex-Heyoka members.They went through a number of lineup changes in the 80's with some of the members going on to form the wonderful AOR band Nightwork. Winterkat itself played great melodic hard rock with some fiery fret-work and occasional pompous overtones.The mini/LP's are quite rare with "The Struggle" having a number of vinyl reissues in the mid to late 80's that did include an extra track.
