About Winny Lee
The alt country sixtet Winny Lee was founded in Malmö, Sweden in 2004. The band released their debut album "Open Your Book" in 2005. After some change in the line-up, the recording of the follow-up album "So Here We Are" begun in august 2007. The album was recorded in a 19th century farm in the middle of the swedish woods and is in many ways a departure from the singer/songwriter-oriented debut. "So Here We Are" was released in january 2008 on CD and free digital download at http://www.winnylee.com
