An experimental pop/indie rock loop artist from Western BC, Canada. (2011-present) 3. Indie pop trio founded in Kankakee, IL and currently based in Champaign, IL 1. Framework - (emcee and DJ formerly of the Vermont hip hop crew The Loyalists) & Rex Rey (producer, multi instrumentalist from Los Angeles) got together and formed Windmills in March of 2010 after answering a Craigslist posting.
