There are at least two bands named Whitebread: 1. a post-rock band 2. a blues band 1. Whitebread is a post-rock band that formed in late 2011, after students Alec Cheung, Lenz Ong, Kevin Ma, and Zach Hing had attended a Mogwai concert and decided to form a band. Whitebread has been active ever since, and even though the band has only been alive for a few months, it has managed to gain popularity. Mainly influenced by post-rock and shoegaze bands such as Mogwai
