White Collar Crime was formed as Me and the Boys in 1989 and debuted on November 9, 1989; same day the Berlin Wall fell. Initially a recreational outlet for lawyers at a large law firm, WCC gained proficiency and a following in the NYC club scene sharing the bill with the Spin Doctors, Milo Z, Reverend Tribble and the Angels, the Wailers, Shamekia Copeland and others over the years. The band was formed by Hank Goldsmith and Matt King who were joined by Steven Altman and Alan Sanders.
