The band began in 1995 as a group of friends from the Experimental Music Program at the University of Vermont and ended 3 years later after many good times in what can be politely described as a "messy divorce". Few saw it coming, even the band members. The band consisted of Iain Mac Harg on Highland bagpipes, flute and penny whistle, Ellery Klein on fiddle, Aron Garceau on guitar and vocals, Eric Garland on Bass and Sam Hooker on drums.
