About West Rim
West Rim emerged from the former band named "Klean", a familiar name within the folk world. After a restyling they were renamed Westrim. Now they are part of the new Belgian and international generation "Indie" groups, with a clear choice for a modern approach to style and lyrics, but still without the inspiration from European folk music. The piano and the voices of the Amelken Brant and Ellen De Beleyr are clearly central to the sound, just as the presence of guitar, percussion and vocal harmonies of the brothers De Brant.
