About We Did This Records
We Did This Records is not a "record label". We Did This Records is a D.I.Y (do it yourself) non-profit music distribution / collective / blog / platform from the South African punk underground. They focus on local (South African) punk rock, folk, ska, crust, noise-rock, post-rock, hardcore, etc. This loosely affiliated group / idea was conceived around July, 2011 and started out by re-releasing digital copies, for free, of out of print Crust / Punk records made by friends.
