About We Are Fathoms
Fathoms is an electronic pop/rock group from Vancouver, BC, Canada. The duo is Kevin Jack (Vocals, Synthesizer, Guitar) and Geoffrey Nilson (Vocals, Sequencing, Guitar) formerly of Way To Go Einstein (Submerged Records). Their sound is heavily indebted to Depeche Mode and Aphex Twin, combining melodic vocals, lush synthesizers, sequenced drums and delayed guitar. The project was started in the fall of 2005 when Jack and Nilson rekindled a creative partnership that had been dormant for years.
