'We are bearhat' is the alter ego of the post-punk band 'The Mighty Roars' (One Little Indian Records). The band 'The Mighty Roars' was formed under the general proposition of 'alt-country' but evolved, through experiences of playing the London live circuit, into a much heavier, and more abstract, electric act. 'We are bearhat' is an acknowledgment of a strong acoustic identity within the members of this band with influences drawn from country, folk and roots music.
