Wallaby Willington were active in Leeds between 2004 and 2006. We were a group of close friends who played lush indie-folk-pop songs influenced by Neutral Milk Hotel, Sufjan Stevens, Captain Beefheart, The Mountain Goats etc. The band was John Perry (vocs)/ Beth Atkinson (Accordian, vocs)/Oli Robinson (bass, banjo, vocs)/ Laurence Byrne (guitar, vocs)/ Hannah Cooper (Trombone, glockenspiel, vocs)/Barney (percussion)/ Rich Taylor (violin, vocs). Band members now play in The New Nathan Detroits
