Vladimir Persan was born in Baku in 1975, a native of Azerbaijan now based in U.A.E city Dubai who established himself as one of the leading composers and producers in the Middle East. While many composers fit into a single category, Vladimir Persan’s musical genre remains unclassifiable. A classically trained guitarist and pianist also his expertise in Rock and Pop musical techniques helped define his personal style
