About Vihr
Vihr (Latin transcription of the russian word ВИХРЬ, meaning whirlwind, vortex) is a solo project of Dmitrij Silov. The music is best described as experimental, which commonly merges acoustic, electrically amplified and natively electronic instruments. In 2005 Vihr released an album, "Точка насыщения" ("Saturation Point"), so far the only official one. Since then, the core member has moved from Lithuania, where the project originated, to Moscow, Russia. Dmitrij has stated that there are no plans of discontinuing his work.
