About Vestas
Vestas is a three-piece danish ambient suicidal/depressive black metal band. The lyrical concepts expand upon meteorological themes, and is heavily inspired by a close acquaintance, who was found dead after three days in a snow storm. Two of the members were formerly committed to a mental institute, but that does not hinder the progress of the project, driven let alone by the passion for expressing the sorrow found in the natural surroundings. In 2011 they released their five song ep The Northern Winds Of Sorrow.
