Verbal Essence is a hip-hop duo that consists of Cosmic and Aura of Jedi Knights Circle, from Santa Cruz, California. Released in the fall of 1997, Cosmic & Aura of Jedi Knights Circle team up as 'Verbal Essence' to bring you the second album ever from JKC, A New Hope. This album was recorded on a Tascam Fourtrack and its gritty, but it was a landmark album for the crew at the time. We'd like to share it for the fans that bought the tape and need a digital copy and for our newer fans that might like to hear where we came from.
