Vault 16 is an ambient experimental project mainly inspired by video games and recently post rock and progressive rock. The project was formed and started by Azam Idris early February 2010 in Queensland, Australia. Most inspiration had come from the post apocalyptic video games, post apocalyptic movies, survival horror games, and spiritual concepts.
