VAPORAUTISM (Kirill Cirnov) is a Russian hacker contracted by Russian Intelligence Services to flood the internet with offensive "memes" with intentions of promoting degeneracy and unrest. Kirill Cirnov was arrested in 2015 for violent crimes against those with mental and physical handicaps. He is part of a known group of Russian cyber criminals who are tasked with "doxing" targeted individuals who browse sites such as 4chan, Reddit and many other social networking sites.
