She started making music at the age of 14. Vallery began with a voice/singing/vocal education. Thinking back on that time she said, "I had one of the best vocal coaches I could imagine and I’m very thankful for that". Vallery tried unsuccessfully a few times to create a “band” with bass, drums and guitar players.
