About Under the Rose
Under the Rose is a songwriting and recording partnership between cousins / lifelong friends Jason Pike and Aaron Hall. Seems like a simple concept, right? For both of us, it’s something more than that. Between 1998 and 2003, we played together in Bad Charism, a band built around creating radio-ready hard rock music. We had the good fortune of becoming friends with 3 Doors Down during this time, and we were able to open for them during two different stints of a tour supporting their sophomore album, Away from the Sun.
