Ukantropop is Ukrainian instrumental pop-rock band formed at 2004 and existed till 2006. The band recorded 2 albums and mostly performed in a set of private session in some famous Ukrainian "intellectual" clubs. Word "ukantropop" is made up from "Ukrainian" and "pop". The word sounds in Ukrainian like slang word which means "to finish something", "to break something", "to get laid with someone", "to make something done", "to make something gone" or "to exhaust someone".
