About Ugly Lion
Ugly Lion is a six-piece progressive reggae band from Dallas, Texas. Although Ugly Lion debuted May of 2009, the band’s core members have been collaborating for several years. The foundation of the band is a collective of six musicians, who as longtime friends have come together to create music with a conscious message. After building a local following through live performance and extensive self-promotion, the band released their first EP, “The Ugly Truth” in July 2009.
