About Turquoise Twice
Turquoise Twice was a short-lived, but precocious alternative rock band from San Diego, California, USA. Put together by Tom Woods (vocals + guitar), Thomas Galvez (guitars + drums on the CD), and Rick Parkhurst (bass), who became good friends while working at a restaurant and who had a love for the Smiths, The Cure, New Order, U2, Tears for Fears, and Echo and The Bunnymen, Turquoise Twice became a local favorite with those who still loved 80's New Wave, shoegaze, and alternative rock with pop sensibilities.
