Like some lost Townes Van Zandt pulled by giant babies. Amerikaner excited by the lights. Brooks' first album, ‘Tertiary Allotment Is A Delightfulness,' (1) released on San Francisco’s Snowstorm Music in 2009, circulates and percolates throughout the underground - both sides of the pond.
