About Trettonde Departementet
Trettonde Departementet was originally formed in the spring of 2008, to play a couple of songs at a school concert. Pontus Wretling, Lars Ekelöf, Albin Linder and Olof Åström, then without a name, rehearsed two Sex Pistols songs, and succesfully performed them. Afterwards they split, not really intending to become a real band. Then, after the summer, Pontus called Albin and said he wanted to start rehearsals again to become a serious band. They all met in Olof's fathers apartment in the inner city of Visby.
