About Transparent Curse
Originating from Antwerp. Formed in 1993, originally a trio that had to deal with several lineup changes (with guitarist Wim Dielen being the only constant factor). The name Transparent Curse was derived from a fragment of a book by Guy Bogaert (‘Wat kwaad doen de Tovenaars?’ -> a story about an insane asylum). For the group, their musical past is only a “youthful indiscretion” with fun memories and educational experiences. This “youthful indiscretion” produced six demos; ‘Black Pussy’s’ - 1993
