Toxins of Solitude is a side project of Rafe LaNore (known professionally as RonZak.) The concept behind ToS is that Thomas Sanova (or Toxins of Solitude) becomes more toxic as the albums go on, as he alienates himself from the people he should care about until he is alone. The project is about mental illness, like social anxiety and mental illness (which RonZak suffers from, dealing with Autism.)

The radio is not picking up anything worthwhile
I really need fresh air
When rain fails too
When society lost its meaning
Loss of a sense of reality
Milo's letter
A new low
When they needed me, I wasn't there for them
A mind he knew
Avoiding society like it'll be your death
In a delusional, never-ending, psychological cave
Reality bent to confusing obscurity
And I leave them
The urge to stay in
The fight with his best friend
Would you please come out with us tonight?
And all I could do was sulk
All my friends are there for me
The guilt sinks in
Anxiety brought on by social interaction
What have I done? How could I have done this?
Mania comes flooding in again
Feelings of Mania
This is the Start of the Downward Hill
Empty, yet fulfilling feeling
Daydreaming of nature whilst staying inside
Milo, are you available?
I need someone to make my time worthwhile
The first sign of something wrong
He was drifting in his mind
My mind was telling me that it was time to leave, so I got up from the table where my colleagues were sitting, and I walked out of the bar
The drive home was an interesting one
Something that calms him
Milo, my best friend
Dreaming of being in the air
Sitting in a room for hours on end
In retrospect, he should have stayed
Reverbing through dreams
When they needed me I wasn't there for them
When I got home I sat all alone
And I waited all night
I need someone to make my time worth while
Fidgeting
He's ignorant to the fact he's breaking
The paradox of dreams
The moment when he thinks he's okay
I might be crossing some line
Uneasy actions in subconscious
And when they see him, they know something's wrong
Denying the help, but knowing it's needed
