About Torsion
There are at least four bands called Torsion, probably more. 1.) Torsion (USA) from either West Chester, Pennsylvania (myspace page), or Clementon, NJ(reverb nation page) They play industrial rock. The name Torsion originates from the book, 'The Dancing Wu-Li Masters'. The definition, 'a violent wrenching and twisting' captures the intensity of the music and lyrics. Torsion began with George, William, Kathryn, a Korg, an Alesis QS8, and a PC. After several months of writing and practicing the group was ready to share their musical vision.
