About Tony Slattery
Anthony Declan James Slattery was born in London November 9th, 1959 to Irish parents. He studied Medieval and Modern Languages, especially French and Spanish, at the University of Cambridge in the early 80's, and also joined The Cambridge Footlights, where he discovered an interest in acting and comedy. He shot to fame in the early 90's on Whose Line is it Anyway?, a very successful improv show on Channel 4 in the UK. He is known for his naughty style of improvising, something that also comes across in his improvised lyrics from WLiiA?.
