Tommy Peltier (born 19 February 1935 in New Orleans, LA, United States) is an American jazz musician and songwriter. Just east of Hollywood, Peltier has made music in the Echo Park hills for over sixty years. At the age of 12, Peltier acquired a trumpet which was the vehicle he would use for the next 25 years to express himself musically. During the 1960s, Tommy put together a group with some extraordinary jazz players called The Jazz Corps and recorded an album that featured the great Roland Kirk.
