Patton is obsessed with the name "Tom" - three of his many projects (Tomahawk, Peeping Tom, and Fantomas) all contain this name. TOM mind is a group consisting of Patton, Boredoms dynamo EyE Yamatsuka and Shinro Ohtake. PS - Mike Patton has nothing to do with this song!!
