Toltoy Kurenkeyevich Murataliev is a kyl kiak player from Kyrgyzstan. He bears both his grandfather's music and his name. After his father was killed in the Great Patriotic War (WWII), he joined his grandfather's household and there learned his music. He was part of the Kambarkan Folk Ensemble.
