About Tiny Mouth
Tiny Mouth is Maitiu Corbett, a native of Edinburgh and sometime resident of Glasgow. An accomplished musician (seen playing guitar, drums, piano, violin and, um, recorder, at various points in his life), he has gigged extensively in both cities with various bands as well as in his solo guise. The songs are informed by the disparity of his influences, yet retain an overall sound that is very much his own. In his sets, witty Brel-esque tales of passion collide with atmospheric pieces, as well as the odd number in funky 5/4 self-deprecation.
