Time Traveling Hitchhikers was formed in 2039. They are a collection of three schizophrenic musicians that are allowed to play music to express their mental relapses for 10min one day a year. The rest of the time they are committed to isolated padded cells with no humanoid contact of any kind permitted. The band members go by the names: Not Steve, Mr. Giggles, and Chauffeur. Chauffeur is held on the outer wastelands of Polaxious Delta 4. Mr. Giggles is held deep within Vextof 10 273km below the surface.
