O Tiger Cult surgiu na cidade de São Paulo, inicialmente com o nome de Angry Angel. Em meio ao barulho, à poluição e à violência, a banda desenvolveu um estilo próprio de fazer Heavy Metal, fundindo a agressividade captada do ambiente com influências musicais das mais variadas – que vão de Van Halen a Carcass. Na ativa desde 1996, e com um histórico de apresentações que lhe conferiu a experiência necessária para a gravação de seu primeiro álbum
