About Thought Police Brutality
The band Thought Police Brutality from Copenhagen – Denmark was formed in the beginning of 2007. What was back then a five-piece, recorded their first 6-track DIY-demo in the spring 2007, the demo came out under a range of different titles and was given away for free at shows. The band name is derived from George Orwell's novel “1984”, where the thought police is a central part of the state apparatus controlling and repressing the citizens.
